What are the delivery costs?
In Quebec, we offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 and more before taxes. A fee of $8.00 will apply for standard delivery (3 to 9 business days) and $12.00 for express delivery (1 to 2 business days).
In Canada (excluding Quebec), we offer free shipping on orders of $150.00 and over. A fee of $12.00 will apply for standard delivery (5 to 11 business days).
In the United States, a $25.00 fee applies to all orders.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary by region.
Generally, you can expect 1-2 business days for express delivery and between 3 to 9 business days for standard delivery in Quebec.
Outside of Quebec, you can expect up to 11 business days for standard delivery.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You will be able to track your order by viewing the information provided by the shipper.
If you are unable to track your order, please do not hesitate to contact our team .
Do you deliver outside of Quebec?
Yes, we offer shipping to Canada (excluding British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan) as well as the United States.
Can I pick up my order somewhere instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly at our store, located at 61 ½ rue du Petit-Champlain in Quebec City.
To do this, choose the “Pick up in store” option when paying for your order.
Can I get a refund for the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are not refundable upon return or exchange.
RETURNS
Our exchange and returns policy
At this time, we only offer exchanges or credit in the form of Créature Atelier gift cards equal to the full amount of the item's value at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, you must have the original receipt for the item and the item must be in the same condition as when it was sold (unworn, unwashed, unbroken, unstained). If the item does not meet these criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to pay the return shipping costs, no exchange or credit will be issued.
How to make an exchange or return?
To make an exchange, please email us at hello@creatureatelier.ca with full details and a copy of your invoice.
Once the return or exchange is approved, it is your responsibility to return your order to us by mail, including a copy of your invoice in the shipment so that we can proceed with issuing a credit or exchange.
It is also possible to make a return to our store located at 61 ½ rue du Petit-Champlain in Quebec.
Are there any shipping costs for an online return?
Yes, the fees will be payable on your side to the sender of your choice.
What is the time limit for a return or exchange?
We accept exchanges and returns according to our policy within 30 days after receiving your order.
Can I exchange or return an order placed online in store?
Yes, it is possible to come and exchange your order directly at our store, located at 61 ½ rue du Petit-Champlain in Quebec.
